CertainGoal ("we", "our", or "us") is a product operated by Alllearn Solutions Private Limited, a company incorporated in India (CIN available on request). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our service at certaingoal.com and app.certaingoal.com.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly, including:

• Account information — your name and email address when you sign up
• Goal and task data — goals, KPIs, tasks, and notes you create in the app
• Payment information — billing is handled entirely by Paddle (our payment processor). We do not store your card details.
• Usage data — how you interact with the app (pages visited, features used) to improve the product

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and operate the CertainGoal service
• To personalise your experience and generate AI-assisted goal plans
• To send essential product emails (e.g. account confirmation, billing receipts)
• To improve and develop new features
• To comply with legal obligations

3. Data Storage

Your data is stored securely using Supabase (PostgreSQL database hosted on AWS). All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Our infrastructure is hosted in the United States.

4. AI Processing

When you use AI features (goal plan generation, task suggestions, progress analysis), your goal and context data is sent to Anthropic's Claude API for processing. This data is used solely to generate your requested output and is not used to train Anthropic's models per their API terms.

5. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Supabase — database and authentication
• Anthropic Claude API — AI features
• Paddle — payment processing and subscription management
• Vercel — hosting and deployment

Each of these services has their own privacy policy and data handling practices.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We do not share your data with third parties except as necessary to operate the service (as listed above) or if required by law.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your account and all associated data
• Export your data in a portable format
