These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of CertainGoal, a product operated by Alllearn Solutions Private Limited, a company incorporated in India ("we", "our", or "us"). By using CertainGoal you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
CertainGoal is a web-based goal tracking and execution platform available at app.certaingoal.com. The service includes goal management, AI-assisted task planning, KPI tracking, and progress reporting features.
You must create an account to use CertainGoal. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to use this service.
CertainGoal offers a free tier with limited features and a paid Pro plan. Features available on each plan are described at certaingoal.com/#pricing. We reserve the right to change plan features and pricing with reasonable notice.
Billing for Pro subscriptions is handled by Paddle as Merchant of Record. By subscribing, you also agree to Paddle's Terms of Service.

You retain ownership of all goals, tasks, notes, and other content you create in CertainGoal. By using the service, you grant us a limited licence to store and process your content solely to provide the service to you.
When you use AI features, your content is processed by Anthropic's Claude API. Please do not include sensitive personal or confidential information in AI prompts.
The CertainGoal platform, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by us. Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights to use our trademarks, logos, or other proprietary materials.
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience downtime outside our control. We are not liable for losses arising from service unavailability.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free, that AI-generated content will be accurate, or that the service will meet your specific requirements.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
