Refund Policy

14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you subscribe to CertainGoal Pro and are not satisfied for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial subscription payment. No questions asked.

To request a refund, email contact@certaingoal.com with the subject line "Refund Request" and include the email address associated with your account. We will process your refund within 5–7 business days.

Subscription Renewals

After the initial 14-day window, subscription payments are generally non-refundable. However, we review requests on a case-by-case basis. If you were charged for a renewal you did not intend, contact us promptly and we will do our best to help.

Annual Plans

If you purchased an annual plan and wish to cancel within the first 30 days, you are eligible for a full refund. After 30 days, we may offer a prorated refund at our discretion.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or via the Paddle customer portal. Cancellation stops future billing. You will retain access to Pro features until the end of your current billing period.

How Refunds Are Processed

Refunds are processed through Paddle, our payment processor and Merchant of Record. Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing time depends on your bank or card issuer but is typically 5–10 business days after we initiate the refund.

Exceptions

We reserve the right to decline refund requests where there is evidence of abuse of this policy (e.g. repeatedly subscribing and requesting refunds).
