CertainGoal is built to run a project with your team, not just on your own. You can invite teammates into a project, work on shared goals together, and assign tasks to specific people.
Open the project you want to collaborate on and use its sharing option to invite someone by email. They'll get an invitation to join; once they accept, they become a member of that project.
Sharing is scoped per project, so a teammate sees exactly the projects you've added them to — and nothing else. Shared projects are marked in your sidebar so you can tell at a glance what's collaborative.
Within a shared project, assign any task to a project member so ownership is clear. Assignees can pick up their work and update task status, which keeps each goal's progress current for everyone.
